we had a really nice house with jalaram for 2 years. they don\'t hassel you for the rent and wait for your loans to clear . the phone in the office is always busy - so its better to go in person . Our friends now live in the house...

I rented off Jalaram a couple of years ago, we went through November December and January without a boiler, and they never came to fix any problems. They also tried to withhold deposit on the basis that they were in the red although I finally got a cheque off them and it cleared. A firm of liars....
