As a buyer who just want to purchase something (& has nothing to sell) SmartMove in Southampton are the worst agency we have dealt with. We have been trying for 4 days to view a property with them. Initially it was hard to contact them by phone - we always got through to an answer machine. Once we did get hold of them and they took our request to view a house we have heard nothing more. No phone call, no email. We have tried calling, but just get the answer phone. From a vendor perspective, I can understand the attractiveness of their prices. However, if they don\'t have enough staff to even answer the phones to arrange viewings for people you\'re not likely to sell you house anytime soon. Great potential, but currently an abysmal service for buyers. I could not recommend using them either as a vendor or a buyer. And by the way, in the current climate you don\'t get a better prospect than us.
