To say these people are sharks, is an insult to sharks. I was renting from them from Nov 2006 - August 2007, when I had to temporarily go on housing benefit. Days later, I was given an eviction notice. When I sorted things out, and offered an additional £1,000 deposit to remain at the property, here\'s their reply: As I have said the notice stands irrespective of your circumstances.
